Wellbeing support services help people look after their mental health, build confidence, and manage challenges in everyday life.
Across Perth and Kinross, support is focused on early help and prevention, helping people develop skills and strategies to support their own mental health and wellbeing.
Support may be provided by health and social care services, community organisations, and national support services.
