About the Community Link Workers
Our Community Link Workers offer one‑to‑one support for anyone aged 16+ to improve health and wellbeing. They help you make informed choices, build confidence, learn new skills, meet new people, and become more connected to your community. They can link you to local sources of support, including:
- Social activities: Community groups, clubs, and opportunities to learn new skills and make friends
- Emotional support: Someone to talk to about how you're feeling
- Practical help: Guidance with housing, employment, finances, and other everyday challenges
Our Community Link Workers are based across Perth and Kinross, covering:
- Perth City & Scone
- North Perthshire
- South Perthshire and Kinross

You can refer yourself or your family & friends can refer you. There are many ways to complete a referral. You can:
