Wellbeing team

The Wellbeing Team supports adults aged 16 and over living across the rural areas of Perth and Kinross who are experiencing mental health challenges that affect their day‑to‑day life, wellbeing or independence.

They work in a strengths‑based and person‑centred way, focusing on what matters most to each individual and supporting people to build confidence, resilience and long‑term wellbeing.

Their approach is evidence‑based, flexible and supportive. They work alongside people to help them connect with their strengths, set meaningful goals, and develop skills and strategies that support recovery and wellbeing over time.

Support can be provided through flexible one‑to‑one sessions, delivered in the community, at home, or by phone or video - wherever people feel most comfortable.
