Early Intervention and Prevention Team
The Early Intervention and Prevention Team is the first point of contact for adults aged 16 and over who need advice, assessment or social care support. The team can provide information, help you understand your options, arrange an assessment, or connect you with the right services.

Older People's Services
Older people's services support adults to stay healthy, independent and connected as they get older. This includes health and social care support, care at home, housing options, community activities and specialist services when needed.
Perth and Kinross HSCP - Community Engagement
The Community Engagement team run a series of local health and wellbeing network groups (Stronger Communities Network), linking community groups and other partners. They produce quarterly locality newsletters to help you find out what is going on in your local and enable you to promote your local community group.

Our Wellbeing Support Team delivers a wide range of support for adults with mental ill health and to support them in their recovery. They can provide practical, social and emotional support and develop the self-help skills to better manage periods of ill health.

Perth and Kinross Council - Adult Support and Protection
Our Adult support and protection section can help if you are concerned about an adult (aged 16 years and over) who might be "at risk" of harm. This can include incidents within the care sector, or where an adult has a physical or learning disability, mental health concern or is frail. Harm may be physical, emotional, sexual, financial or caused by neglect. Technology Enabled Care (TEC)
Technology enabled care helps people live safely and independently at home by using digital tools such as alarms, sensors, telecare and remote monitoring. These services can provide reassurance and peace of mind for individuals and their families.
