The Meals service helps people who are unable to shop for or prepare meals themselves to enjoy regular, nutritious food at home.
Meals are delivered directly to your home and stored in your freezer, allowing you to choose what and when you eat while supporting independence.
How the meals service works
The Meals service is available to people living across Perth and Kinross.
When you join the service:
- you will receive a menu with a wide choice of meals
- you select the meals you would like to order
- meals are delivered once every two weeks
- meals are stored frozen and can be heated in a microwave or conventional oven
You are in control of what you eat and when you eat it.
If you do not place a new order, your previous order will be repeated automatically.

The Meals service is provided by apetito on behalf of Perth and Kinross Council.
