Our Learning and Development Team provides a comprehensive programme of learning to support high‑quality, safe and person‑centred care across the Health and Social Care Partnership. We work with services, managers and professional groups to build skills, support development, and promote continuous learning.
A large part of our learning offer is delivered through PK Learning & Development, our dedicated training platform for staff across Perth & Kinross Council and the HSCP.

What we offer
Mandatory and refresher learning
Essential learning for safe and effective practice, coordinated by our Learning and Development Team. This includes:
- core statutory modules
- role‑specific mandatory training
- refresher learning
- a mix of online and face‑to‑face options

Specialist clinical, therapeutic and social care learning
Developed and delivered in partnership with subject specialists and the L&D Team. Topics include:

Leadership and management development
The L&D Team offers programmes to support staff stepping into or progressing within leadership roles, including:
